The room was spacious and clean The bed is really comfy but the bed frame is not in a good condition. It creaks a lot , we have a baby and we are moving so slow so as not to wake the baby with the creaky noise from the bed frame. The bathroom is clean but it is really small and no counter space to put your toiletries . .

I wanted very much to like the Carriage House but was put off right from the beginning when I discovered the in room air conditioning that is promised is sorely lacking in cool air. The front desk did their best to find us a room that was actually cool but had to lend us a fan in the end. I'm sure they believe they have central air but when we book a room in 30 degree heat we want a cool room. It was extremely disappointing. The hotel did give us a $50 credit towards a future stay but I'm not sure we will be back especially in summer. All else was fine if air conditioning is not important to you.

Breakfast service was amazing, all staff were very nice and check in and out was a breeze. My only complaint is the bathroom and room was tiny but nicely renovated and clean. Air conditioner was a bit loud but worked good.
