We didn't have towels so had to ask front desk to bring us some. In the AM, we went to make coffee and there wasn't a coffee machine either, no glasses as well for water. First time ever have I stayed in a hotel that provided no glasses, towels, coffee machine or coffee. I won't be back.

We checked in a day late (let them know beforehand) and when we arrived to check in she couldn’t find our reservation. She ended up asking for assistance and I heard the other lady say, ‘put them down here’. When we arrived at our room the bedding was in a pile on one of the beds. We wanted to get checked in and quickly cleaned up, as we were heading to a music festival. We waiting for housekeeping to come and make up the room. This hotel needs A LOT of work. None of the ice machines work on any of the floors we checked. The restaurant isn’t open. We were supposed to receive a drink voucher per day per person, and we didn’t get those. The pool is used as a community pool offering swimming lessons, so good luck trying to swim or relax in there as a guest. There were sewing needles pinned into the blackout curtain in our room - not sure why? But great for poking fingers when you’re trying to close the curtains. The light in the shower was exposed and drywall was barely hanging on to keep it together. Staff didn’t seem to have much clue as to what was going on. Our room wasn’t serviced once - even though we had the door tag on two of the three days we were there. We asked for towels one morning (didn’t need the room made up) came back to the beds made, but no towels? Loud area, train tracks right behind the hotel. Cost was decent - but honestly, it was disappointing even with the low cost. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Place needs better signage as they are located on multi levels with exits inconveniently located. Our room had a stand alone portable a/c unit with the exit hose on floor behind curtain, so hot air blew right back in room! Expedia fix the ad as they have Not served a breakfast herefor years. I would get a refund for this place if a could as it was not worth the price

Nothing negative to say, room was what i was expecting. We came during Country Thunder weekend so noisey outside was expected also. Staff were very helpful in getting our T.V remote working and friendly during the whole trip. I wont hesitate to stay there again in the future, thank you

I feel like I was put in a special place in this Hotel for people that book through sites like Expedia. There was no kleenex, no Keurig machine, and I had to ask the front desk for an Ice bucket. I put the Maid sevice sign on the door for two days and no one came. I had to ask the front desk every night for a towel change. The room air conditioner would not get the room any lower than 25C (77F) When I passed by the maid carts, I could clearly see boxes of Kleenes, k-cups, etc. Some guests get Kleenex, a coffee machine, and k-cups, but not me?

It wasn't the worst place I have ever stayed but the bed was definitely smaller than listed and our room had no towels and none were brought after I asked for them. There also aren't enough electrical outlets. To used the microwave or coffee maker you had to unplug the fridge or TV. The staff was friendly though and though it was small the bed was comfortable. It was also nice that they have smart TVs so you can use your streaming services.

When I went into the room, the bugs were raising up the bed My wife was really panicked I started to crush them and kill them Besides customers came around 2 oclcok in the morning. Their big llousbess woke me up. Whew .. Very bad place I think ..

Terrible stay for the weekend. I am looking for a full refund. As soon as we arrived in the room, there was no iron only iron board. When attempting to call the front desk the phone did not work to where I had to go down to the front desk and ask for it to be fixed and also an iron. When the person came to attempt to fix the phone he brought replacement phones but however none of them worked to where he told us to just use our own phones to call front desk. Issue #2 was when we woke up in the morning to shower we had Zero towels. Again had to walk down to the front desk and request 3- 4 towels. After waiting 45minutes we had to call again requesting towels. Finally when someone did come with the towels she only gave us 2 regular towels and 1 hand towels, then stated "Were out of towels, sorry". totally unacceptable. Issue #3, after going out and coming back assuming our beds and room would have been cleaned, 1 bed was made up and the other was not because there was a shirt on it. Additionally checking on the towels situation it was clear they just folded our wet towels and hung them up. They did not replace them. Totally unacceptable for staff to treat guest like this. I expect a full refund, do not stay here.

Check in took 30mins as they couldn’t get any card to work, I booked a 2 queen bed room and I got 2 doubles …. The bath tub was all creaked on the bottom. The next day we left for the whole day and when we got back our key card was not working to get into our room … we had to go back to the front to get it reactivated… this is after a long day … and when we go into our room, there was not cleaning done at all … when I went to the front desk to as for more TP cause we were running low they brought me towels ….. like really. I will never be staying there again

Upon first glance this looks like a neat and clean hotel. But spend more than one night and you will notice; beds towels not changed for days despite alerting reception, stench in room and sheets, thin walls and noise. Dining area shut down despite a large restaurant area, ducted heating/cooling not working but replaced by a portable one. Located on a main highway not much around. I was frightened by someone knocking on my door at 12:30am repeatedly (I didn’t answer). Wouldn’t stay again. I’ve seen by past reviews there’s been plenty opportunities in to improve but nothing has been done

Had issues trying to pay! First off, wouldn't accept a debit card, then had to try 3 times to get visa to go through, Then going out to car to bring our luggage in. The Key card would only work on the one door and of course that was the farthest from our room. Then across the street to get food Our wallet was stolen and the police were in the parking lot with the guy and let him go!!! Couldn't prove it was him they said. So needless to say, our visit to Calgary and to stay in that part of the city was not pleasant, But the one good thing I will say is after a couple days of hell, our last nite we did check out the pool and that was great! It was like floating in a big bathtub, Nice and warm and relaxing!

The design of the elevator is terrible. If you have a wheelchair dont stay here as you have either 7 stairs up or down to access it!!
