I reserved a room for four with my family after seeing the high reviews on the Expedia website. The rating on Expedia is 9/10. Later I realized those who missed their connecting flights are accomodated here by the airlines. The Hotel doesn't need customer satisfaction. The hotel is too expensive and provides poor service. No slippers and a Dirty room floor! Unfriendly staff. Maybe because there is no supervision or because people who miss connecting flights are housed there without a choice, their satisfaction is unimportant. Noisy AC. Poor wifi signal (I had to use my 5G instead of Hotel's wifi). The receptionist answered my room phone call after two minutes of continuous ringing, and her answer was: there is a lineup here, and I cannot serve! There is an Italian restaurant there, but breakfast is not included in the room. Actually, that Italian restaurant is also too expensive in terms of food and service quality compared to other restaurants. Parking is usually packed, and you need to park too far. Parking is outdoors and unplugged. Honestly, I believe three stars are not deserved. I was ashamed before my family because of reserving this hotel. I am sorry I had trusted Expedia's rating.

I loved that this was a quiet hotel and well taken care of. It had 24/h guest access to the gym and the rooftop hottub was a really nice bonus feature. I loved the lemon water and cleanliness of the hallways and rooms.

Enjoyed our overall stay. Staff was excellent. We asked for extra robes, cutlery everything was provided. Even our tv wasn’t connecting to phone, staff sent person to fix it. Great service. Hot tub was amazing, the bar and rooftop patio perfect add on.
