Some pretty scroungy people on and around the property. Looked like tweakers. Strange restriction that no one who lives within a 30 mile radius is allowed to make reservations at this hotel. This seems kind of harsh, especially in light of the fact that there are currently a LOT of people within that radius who have been displaced by fires.

Nothing special. Air conditioner ran and ran - noisy. Lighting poor. I was placed at the end of the hall - long walk with suitcases. When are hotels going to replace bath tubs (dangerous) with walk in showers? (much safer).

I had a ground-floor room, the bushes covered the windows, The room was very dark and I felt like I was in a dungeon. The desk in the corner had no light, I mean zero, light. At night the room was dark, dingy, and outdated scratched furniture from the 1970's made me feel like I was in a bad horror film. I stayed there because I had an appointment in the AM in Caldwell and I didn't want to drive a half hour to get there in the AM from Boise, where I had other business calls to make. Next time I will drive the 30 minutes from Boise to get to Caldwell.

I've stayed at this property multiple times when visiting family due primarily to its location. Breakfast provided is a value. Housekeeping is not available daily, but can be supplemented on request. Unfortunately, on this visit, I requested housekeeping on the third day of a four-day stay and was totally ignored.

Location, location, location!
I chose the hotel online and was unable to check out the bleak setting, which was close to nothing much. I thought I would be able to enjoy the pool, but it wasn’t clean enough and the water was too warm. There was often road noise until late.
