Key features of Villa Calangute Phase 3:

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 12 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 3 AC bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 3BHK villa (PHASE3). Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 2 King size beds & 1 queen-size bed. The two king-size beds are made by joining two single beds and adding a 2-inch topper; if you like, we can take the topper off and the beds will revert to being two single beds.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 4.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).

☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa.
