This property is nice however parking can be an issue, the Bed’s are not the best. Needs sharper knifes for cooking.

Property was perfect for us as we needed 2 connecting rooms. Property Manager was great as he was always there to help ordering a Cab when Ubers cancelled trips. Kids loved the option of 3 pools. Great aircon and fans in rooms. Would definatley stay again.

I loved staying here. Very close to everything, even a mall next door with grocery stores. Easy walk to the esplanade. Except for nighttime hours there was always someone available to assist....sometimes even before I asked. They fixed a power problem immediatly and quickly arranged a cab for the airport.

Very happy overall

I did love it here. The room was very comfortable, clean and with great view of the pool. This hotel is situated in a great part of the city, very close to the shops and transport. Two things that I found not ideal was 1: the position of the smoking section. It is situated on the walking path. 2: exiting the pool and spa I found quite difficult and I am able bodied. There needs to be extra not so high steps and bars to grip as exiting the pool and spa.
Nice to sit on the balcony overlooking this.

It was a lot minute booking for me as I hag a problem with my original hotel stay. This worked out well and it was clean and most convenient. Not may restaurants near by especially for dinner otherwise it worked out well for me.

The apratmants have everything you need, The staff go beyond so friendly, helpful and real good knowledge of the area and things to do. Its well located walking distance to the local shopping mall for and bit an peices. Walking distance to alot of the local attractions. Rustys markets and night markets good place to try so many differnt foods from around the world. Highly Recomended

We liked: pleasant receptionist and very helpful night manager Scotty. Location was okay, close to Shopping center, first floor, 15 minutes' walk to marina, We enjoyed fresh towels and bed cloth. We didn't like: The Day time manager that has shown absolutely Zero empathy, when on the very rainy day we asked for a late check out for my 91y.o. mother, so she could just rest in bed for 3-4 hours before our way to airport..It was very stressful conversation, I was in tears, and, at the end, we paid $60 for late check out. We found that man as being greedy and inconsiderate. Also, the shower didn't work, it was almost impossible to get warm water, it was cold or hot only. And, the cleaning in the middle of our 7 night's stay wasn't done properly, they just changed beds and placed a new bin liner inside the empty bin. The floor wasn't mopped. We won't recommend this place.

We chose a 1 bedroom deluxe apartment & it was compact but very clean & good self contained apartment with everything we needed. Big kitchen with large fridge, but no indoor eating table. Retiled new shower, washing machine, dryer in bathroom (timer wasn’t working & only hot cycle worked), comfortable queen size bed. Outdoor patio leading into nice pool area with good size dining table. It’s very close to Cairns Central Shopping Centre It is a dark apartment so have to have lights on. It isn’t sound proof so outside noises can be heard as well as some noises in other apartments & door between bathroom & bedroom is bifold so noises can be heard. It’s quite noisy in mornings with comings & going’s but generally quiet other times & security gates close at. 9.30 pm so quieter at night. The pools/spa were not heated The Kuranda rail line runs at back & it is near a main road

Complaint would be the wireless internet and the streaming device on the TV in our room was constantly dropping out and the internet was terrrible. Only other issue I was on crutches and we were placed on the top floor and there are no lifts this meant that we could not go out as planned due to this issue. The apartment was nice clean and well maintained just the above let it down.

We did not know there was no elevator for the apartment. We had a lot of luggage and I just had a knee replacement so the stairs were an inconvenience. The apartment was very muggy even with the a/c on. It was conveniently located for what we needed.

The property is very dated and in need of a Reno. The mattress was damaged and the springs made a twanging noise every time I got in and out of bed. The lady at reception showed no interest in fixing it. The lady at reception treated customers as though they were an inconvenience to her day. Some garbage truck came in and clanged and had its reversing noise on shortly after 6:00am every other day. After electing not to pre-pay the apartment tried to charge my credit card anyway. The pools were ok but squashed in between apartment blocks and therefore never saw sunlight and therefore were cold.
