We stayed in a newly upgraded room, which was beautiful and comfortable. No microwave was a downer however. The pools were stone cold leaving one spa as the only warm option given weather was on the cold side for our 8 day stay, to accomodate many many adults and kids in floaties at the same time. Floor of the pools peeling away and need some work, same as the outside of the building itself but clearly its a work in progress and will no doubt look great once complete. The pool garden grounds were beautiful, and gym had all the necessities. We had to emergency evacuate at 12.40am (woken in the middle of the night) due to what was likely we guess a false alarm, but staff played ignorant to guest questions and didnt give away any information to guests about what happened when asked which was disappointing given most guests were quite understandably worried and confused. Walking distance to everywhere we needed to be, and pretty quiet after 10.30pm (we had raging band noise from the casino until then on weekends) Overall it suited most of our needs and we would likely stay again

From the moment we walked in to the sadness of leaving the Pullman it out did itself. We upgraded to a refurbished king room and it didn't disappoint , the bed a dreamy , the room size surprisingly big and the lovely modern bathroom ( thank goodness no bath waste of space) was everything I dreamed of. Serviced daily if you wanted was a nice touch. We stayed 7 nights and would have happily stayed another 7. Mother Nature wasn't in our side but the Pullman wasn't too far away from the centre of Cairns so a short walk to anything you desired was achievable. Casino across the road was an advantage as we wanted to watch an AFL match and a very short walk to the pier for lots of amazing restaurants to choose on for a nice lunch or dinner. We didn't hire a car so can't comment on parking Thankyou again Pullman International

Frindly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, spacious and quite with no outside noise. Walking distance to the City Centre, I will definitely be staying there again.

Lovely location property does need some work. Most of front desk staff were not very helpful and when you call reception from in room phone they never answered but calling from a cellphone they did. Overall a very average hotel stay expected far higher from a Pullman hotel

The property is absolutely beautiful! It is only 15 minutes from the airport and is walking distance from tons of shops, restaurants, and the beach. They even have someone who will help you book excursions and a button to call for a cab/ride. The room we stayed in was so clean and had great amenities. The only small issue we had was the safe wouldn’t open for us one day and it was difficult to get ahold of someone at the front desk. The next morning we just walked down and asked for help. They were kind to apologize for the busy line, and walked up to help open the safe. The employees were all wonderful and very kind. I would definitely stay here again!
