Cahuita, on the southern coast of Costa Rica's Caribbean, retains its pristine charm with colorful Caribbean houses and a multicultural population, it is just 55 km away from Limón Airport. It's a quieter town than Puerto Viejo, but close enough at 15 km for those wanting to explore the Caribbean nightlife and other wonders of the more south area.
Cahuita offers daily Pura Vida comforts, with restaurants, bars, and shops, devoid of large resorts and motorized water sports, showcasing diverse activities reflecting the tropical beauty and biodiversity.
Location:
Our property, bordering the National Park, is on the seaside, at the end of a dead end road, 1.3 km from the National Park (a 17-minute walk or a quicker bike ride).
In the town center, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops await, with a well-lit path ensuring safety day and night. The location avoids excessive development, ensuring waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys and the vibrant nature of the South Caribbean.
Spread over 5,000 square meters of tropical vegetation, the "green wall" provides privacy. The well-maintained lawn, tropical flowers, palms, and mature coconuts create a serene environment. Agoutis add a playful touch, and occasional visits from capuchin monkeys enhance the atmosphere. Two gardeners meticulously tend to the tropical garden.

In the tropical garden, the main house (160 sqm), the Bungalow (65 sqm), the Pool House - Ranchito, the saltwater pool (5m x 10m), and parking create a unique setting.
The main house, designed in Balinese style, features a central area with an open kitchen, living room, and dining area. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms only. The Bungalow accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms with fans (NO A/C) one bath, a living room, an outdoor dining area, and a full kitchen. The Ranchito, adjacent to the pool, is an ideal space to spend the day with the group.
Provides covered parking for one vehicle and an additional parking space in the open air.
The saltwater pool, renovated in 2023, boasts spring water, UV purification, and ozone. The Ranchito includes an additional half bath for guest convenience.
The property offers Wi-Fi, towels, and weekly cleaning for reservations of a week or more. Additional services like daily cleaning, breakfast, bike rentals, airport transportation, and excursion organization can be booked.
