TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
First of all the owner didn’t know English so he used google translate to communicate (through WhatsApp) so you can imagine how difficult it was communicating with him. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi. Thirdly, in my reservation I had breakfast included and the owner just said “yeah we don’t offer breakfast. And even for the price you lie, you shouldn’t even get the air conditioning but we left you the remote anyway” - once again, air conditioning was on my reservation.
So we had to buy ourselves breakfast out of our own money for 9 days.
Then halfway through our stay we get locked out of one of the bathrooms. I had my things inside so I texted the owner what’s going on. He told me they gave the bathroom to someone as “private”. So they locked us out of SHARED bathrooms without a notice and then he just left me my things outside of my door. Not even any apologies, nothing.
Of course, when we were going to check out, I had to ask the owner myself when we have to check out, and he said 10:30-11. It was 11:15 and there was nobody there to check us our. So we just left the keys and left. To be honest, if I knew, I would’ve slept longer and took my time.
Throughout the whole stay, there was NOBODY there to assist you with anything. And the owner has NO idea how to manage this place. It’s a shame, because the rooms themselves are not too bad. Also - clean out your fridge, the food in there is rotting.
