The Vistamar community is a new development that has construction occurring as the development is being built out. The building this penthouse is located in has been completed.

Great view away from the noise
Very nice condo - the view is awesome from the main floor and even better from the private rooftop patio. Communication with all involved was excellent (it helps locally if you have Whatsapp). We loved: clean & well equipped condo, lots of natural light & breeze, super comfortable bed in master bedroom, greatly appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella; the location was perfect for us - right between Cabo and San José, 7-min drive to Chileno beach (possibly the best beach in Los Cabos); we had a rental car which you probably need to fully enjoy this experience. How to make this even better: more comfortable exterior seating (main patio) and heating for the pool on the rooftop patio (pool gets in the shade quickly and water was too cold for us…didn’t use it). Thank you for allowing us to use your condo!

PICK THIS PLACE!! Trust me
This place was absolutely phenomenal. Your own PRIVATE rooftop pool….say whaatt!!?! It was HUGE. 3 bedrooms. 5 bathrooms. Lovely kitchen. Beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful as well. I loved every aspect of this stay from beginning to end. Highly recommend

Loved it!
Benny started us out on the right foot with a great tour of the beautiful condo and set us up with a whale watching and snorkeling trip that beat our expectations. In addition he setup a private chef, Blanca, Jesus, and Estrella were awesome and made our family an incredible feast. Our only regret was that we didnt do it earlier in the week to have time to eat all the leftovers prior to our departure. The facility, location and people made our trip truly spectacular and memorable! We would highly recommend all of it. Renting a car is a must and we explored so many points of interest as this location was perfect and halfway between Cabo and San Jose.

Wonderful Scenic Setting
Great 7 night stay about 12 miles from Cabo. Quiet community, amazing views and many amenities to enjoy. Grocery stores, restaurants and beaches are just a few miles in each direction. And all that Cabo has to offer is just a short drive away.

Easy check-in process. Responsive host. Beautiful views. 3 level condo with dip pool. Very nice upper level with sun lounge chairs. Fully-equipped kitchen. Secure parking. Easy access to San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas since condo located halfway between both. Farnaz even deducted the cleaning fee since she had a condo showing while we were staying there. Would rent again if we came to Cabo.

Beautiful, Elegant Abode!
Very nice new modern building with sweeping views. Lots to do in the area. You just cannot beat having the two worlds of being to go to your own private upper deck with entertainment area and swimming pool, or easily stepping out onto your own main deck from the living room or the master bedroom. Enough good cannot be said about Farnaz the owner. She is simply accomodating to the max and just plain incredible! You will love this place!!!
