Simples e local tranquilo
O local é simples, mas nos atendeu muito bem, quase pé na areia na praia do foguete, local tranquilo, o Sr. Tião é muito gente boa e prestativo, no quintal possui viveiro de tilápias, porquinhos da índia, peru e gansos, meus filhos adoraram.

Melhor localização
Casa super próxima da praia, ótima localização e com bastante segurança, a casa é simples mas aconchegante, o caseiro e o anfitrião são super prestativos, com certeza indico. Único ponto de melhoria seria colocar um repetidor de sinal do wi-fi porque o sinal é bem fraco e o da minha operadora era inexistente! Para quem gosta de bichos como eu, tem uns porquinhos da india lindooos, o lago dos peixes e um galinheiro, tudo limpinho e não tinha mal cheiro, gostamos muito da estadia e sem dúvidas voltaríamos.

Muito bom
Excelente casa para família e grupos de poucas pessoas. Casa simples, mas suficiente para curtir a praia com uma ótima localização e tranquilidade. Dois pontos negativos que achei são que os colchões estão muito desgastados e a internet WIFI é muito lenta e não funciona no interior da casa. O Caseiro Tião, foi muito atencioso e sempre pronto para nos atender. Vale muito apena pelo custo/benefício e ótima localização.

Lugar aconchegante e com privacidade. Próximo da praia, que é maravilhosa!!
Gostei muito e pretendo voltar mais vezes. A casa é simples e aconchegante. Fica numa via de fácil acesso e com total privacidade. Durante à noite tem os vigilantes que passam, várias vezes, pela rua e ruas circunvizinhas, sempre apitando para que os moradores identifiquem. A praia é maravilhosa! Fácil acesso, pela areia, à Praia do Pontal, Praia das Dunas. Seu Tião ( o caseiro) é muito educado e prestativo. Super indico para amigos e parentes.
