"We arrived late. The keys to our cabin were in the late arrivals box which was opened with a secure code that was texted to me earlier in the day. All instructions were in the envelope. Our cabin was well appointed and clean. Small but fit for the the purpose of an overnight stopover. Thank ypu Discovery Parks staff. Great service."

"We booked a one bedroom spa suite for a weekend. First room was perfectly laid out, clean etc but unfortunately our loo wasn’t working. We notified staff who sent a maintenance person and when it couldn’t be quickly fixed, moved us to another similar suite. Again clean, well maintained, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely weekend exploring the area and Byron Bay, it was a joy to come back to a spa bath after a day of sightseeing, sun and sand. Dining options for vegans were limited but what we did have was outstanding (tacos at the Mexican restaurant and stir fries at the Thai). Every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"Perfect location right on the airport and very accomodating with an early checkin. Excellent breakfast selection included with your stay and the hotel location is only a few minutes walk from the terminal buildings. Will definitely stay again, particularly if on an early flight."
