Stained sheets. Changes rooms and still had yucky sheets. Very noisy heating unit in room. Terrible sleep due to these issues - can see that facility is trying to do upgrades, unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed there October 31 Friday night. There was a party beside my room all night and I didn’t get sleep and I paid for sleep. The front desk told me they would look after getting a refunded. I haven’t heard a word as a shelf came off my Visa card. I expect a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Bathtub wouldn’t hold water, water wasn’t hot, the rooms had an odor, the shower curtain smelled of bacteria, the cooling system in the room made a racket, the hairdryer conked out and I couldn’t get it reset… old and tired hotel in need of updating. The beds were comfortable though and the attendant in the breakfast room was very pleasant.
