Busselton Broadwater Villa

The single level villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms has the ability for 2 cars to park at the front door under cover in secure locked area and has beach access by strolling through the resort. There is bedding for 7 with a rollaway bed on request. Enjoy the private courtyard with BBQ and seating in a pleasant garden setting. The villa is all on one level with no steps or stairs. There is an ensuite bathroom as well as a second bathroom and separate toilet. 2 rooms have a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a king single bed and a set of bunk beds. Linen and towels and bathroom items are supplied. There is a Nespresso compatible coffee pod machine for use along with dishwasher and full kitchen. The laundry has a washing machine. The villa is located a short walk from indoor heated pool and spa and tennis court with lighting.

Great Villa in the Boradwater Resort
Excellent Villa within the Broadwater Resort complex with access to all the Broadwater Resort facilities.One comment I would make is the listing photos do not do this property justice - it presents much lighter and nicer in person. The property manager was easy and helpful to deal with. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent Busselton Option
This little villa is in the “Broadwater Executive Villas” behind the Broadwater estate (their reception issues the keys). Inside excellent facilities, outside fantastic new BBQ and would be a lovely courtyard with a clean up! Two modern bathrooms is always a plus and the owner was very prompt in response to any issues or queries. Pool & Spa as part of the complex and short walk to the beach. Only suggestion is if it would be possible for an extra gate key as with 7 adults we had to time going in or out … Overall really enjoyed our stay 😊
