The upgrade we got was marvelous and the view was amazing from the 30th floor... one thing to keep in mind though is to wear a bathing suit if you go in the bath on the veranda as others can see you. The building is very new and modern. Another thing to keep in mind for high season, the elevator you might have to wait a bit espcially check out. You won't be disappointed staying here!

We reserved a room that was shown as 950 square feet. Also, the photos on Expedia were showing something that was equivalent to the stated square footage. What we got was a room that was less than 400 square feet. A classic bait and switch. Avoid these people.

New and modern, spacious condominium style. Gym and swimming pool together is $32 per person, not separated. Check in can be a struggle if you can’t receive text (foreigners with data plan only on their phone). You can go to 3rd floor to their front desk but there was nothing on the first floor so I had to ask a few people about it.

I reserved two luxury family rooms, including a bed and a futon. Instead, We got two tiny rooms with one bed. When I told them this was not what I paid for, they had to check it (it took a few hours ), and they told me Expedia made a mistake and that I needed to call them. I asked them to contact Expedia with me on the call. They refused, but they agreed to call Expedia themselves. Our group included 3 Americans and one Korean; I (the 50-year-old American) made and paid for the reservation; however, they just contacted the 20-year-old Korean in the group, which made the situation more challenging. Late afternoon, they offered her that we all share a two-bedroom apartment that they have in the building—something that we could not do for a few reasons. One of the group members was sick. We did not know each other to the level that we could share an apartment. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, including multiple phone calls and an email, I have not received a response from their When the Korean woman from our group, who they did respond to, inquired about a refund, their response was far from satisfactory. They essentially gave us an ultimatum: Either stay in our current rooms, move to the offered apartment, or leave. This was particularly challenging as it was late afternoon and finding alternative accommodation was not feasible. This building is still under renovation. At 6:50 a.m., someone was drilling next door. The path from the elevator to the room is dusty.

Résidence récente, très bien pensée, équipements modernes avec toutes les commodités souhaitées. Très proche de la plage de Haeundae. A noter une climatisation qui n’est pas agressive et fort efficace

새로지어진 숙소이기도하고 가족여행이라 조금여유있는공간이길바래서 레지던스를 예약했어요~ 주변이 공사를하고 레지던스에 비워진공간이 많기는하지만 딱히 불편한건없었고 해운대 복잡한곳에서 한블럭정도 떨어진곳이라 좀조용하고 넓고 방도2개여서 편했어요~ 새로지어진곳이라 새집증후군이나 예민하신분들은 조금 불편하실수도있을듯하고 오션뷰지만 바닷가바로앞은아니어도 높은층은 꽤 괜찮아요~ 새로지어진 새집증후군같은 냄새만 좀 빠지면 넘 좋고 편한숙소에요.교통도ㅎ 또 방문할생각있고 추천하고싶은숙소에요.작은 호텔보다 훨씬 편하고쾌적했어요!

좋은점 나쁜점
신설이라 깨끗하고 숙박 시설로는 좋았습니다. 레지던스라 그런지 부대시설은 전혀 없는 점. 좀 아쉬웠습니다.물론 해운대 바닷가라 먹거리는 풍부합니다. 비대면 숙박시설이라 호텔측과 원활한 소통이 되지 못합니다.. 주차도 우리가 스위트 묵었는데 차량 한 대 무료이며 다른차는 하루당 2만원씩 내라고 하더군요.

친구들이랑 걸스나잇하기 너무 좋은 숙소!! 체크인햇을때부터 하루종일 밖에 안나가고 숙소안에서만 놀았어요ㅎㅎㅎ 밀키트 사온거랑 배달음식 시켜먹고 넓어서 뒹굴거리기도 좋고 시간가는줄 모르고 수다떨다가 밤샜는데 뷰가 넘 예쁘더라구요,, 담에 또 올래요

29층을 사용하였는데 룸 컨디션, 전망은 정말 완벽하였습니다. 그런데 로비에 들어서면 암모니아 냄새로 불쾌하였고, 바로 옆 건물 공사로 시끄러웠습니다. 로비층 관리가 필요해보였습니다. 그리고 앞 건물이 완공되면 29층도 바다 전망이 보일까 의문이 들었습니다(연박이 불가하여 같은 건물의 다른 업체로 예약하여 21층을 이용하였는데 공사장 전망이었고 새벽부터 공사 소음이 심해서 깰 수밖에 없었는데 앞 건물 공사 진행 상황에 따라 제가 묵었던 29층도 전망 및 소음 문제가 생길 수 있을 것으로 보였습니다). 바다 전망을 즐길 수 없고 소음으로 인한 불편함을 감수해야 한다면 다음에는 이용하기가 꺼려질 수밖에 없을 거 같습니다.
