Great location and near restaurants, subway and convenient stores. Listing indicated a washing machine, which was my deciding factor because I was traveling from 2 weeks in Japan and needed a washer. There was a washer BUT it was not operational! Also, we did not have bath towels the first night of a 5-night stay but it was remedied the next dayโ€ฆand then some!

The apartment was fantastic and in a great location and good value, however some small negatives: - 10am checkout time is early - Towels weren't included, they were provided once we asked, but seems a basic thing to just include - Pool isn't included, but is the main photo on the site. The rate to use the pool is also excessive (40000krw per person)

Itโ€™s in such a great location, walkable to so many places to eat and shop and I was there for the film festival. Which made my stay even better. Itโ€™s very quiet, I had a great view, the bathroom was very nice, it actually had a dryer, flatscreen TV and a totally equipped kitchen. +2 balconies. It was my favorite hotel in Busan.

Misleading - no laundry and extra fee for pool & g

Great location, excellent views from L38 Lounge. Terrible smell from sewer and drains inside apartment and all around Busan, so cant entireley blame the property for this. However, the fittness centre opens at 9am and is not part of the property, you need to pay extra. And the swimming pool is also another fee, and has doesnt ipen until 10am, plus it has closure times during the day making it hard to schedule in a convenient time. Laundry is also not available. Its disappinting that this property is advertised with amentities and laundry which is very misleading.

Great place to stay with family, good access to local restaurants and bars, very close to the beach. Only thing is they donโ€™t have wash and dryer and hair conditioner. They donโ€™t have daily house keeping service. Other than that very nice place for the family vacation.

The place was spotless, 2minutes walk to Haeundae beach with many restaurant options. The rooms were soundproof It seems because I couldnโ€™t hear any noise when I was inside the room itself. 24h front desk service was convenient. They were always eager to answer any of my questions or requests. The only thing I would say is to make it more clear that the reception is on the third floor. It could be a bit confusing for guests on the first day.Overall great stay. Highly recommend

Nice Residence Hotel

I loved the experience from this place, I was able to experience โ€˜living in Busanโ€™. All the amenities and space to experience living in Busan, cleaning services were excellent. Very close to the beach and areas of popular shopping.

Great stay

All around great stay. Hotel is very clean, there is a 24 hour mart right outside of it. Even the most basic room has a kitchen area. Here are some things I wish could change: Bigger towels. Maybe itโ€™s because Iโ€™m coming from America. But the towels that are given as bath towels are the size of hand towels Larger sign with hotel name. The hotel name is tuck off in the right corner of the property. I actually passed it at first until GPS showed me it was right there Neither of these would prevent me from recommending this place and coming back
