Staff were very friendly and it was in a great location to access Haeundae. It was very easy to get Ubers from just outside the hotel. Would recommend if staying in Busan.

Our third stay at an L7 hotel, didn't eat there so can't comment on food. Room was comfy, beds are great. Washing machines that you pay to use on 5th floor, very handy c5000 Korean won. Pool was lovely but always very busy, but it was Korean Chuseok / thanksgiving. Apparently they charge extra to use the pool in the summer, which I think is outrageous, it's not the cheapest hotel to start with. It's disappointing that not all L7's have a coffee machine in lobby, should be a standard feature. Only seen this in Myeongdong so far, neither gangnam or haeundae have this.

Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast buffet was adequate providing hot options and fruits & veggies in addition to standard carb options. Bed was kind of hard/firm but this seems to be the common way in Korea. Pillows however were great and linens were fresh & white. Robes & slippers were a nice touch! Front desk service was ok - not overly helpful & the guest information requirements were a little annoying after a long journey in. I would assume they should have all those details from the booking. Overall would recommend the stay. Location is also convenient!

My family and I visited L7 Hotel by Lotte in Haeudae, Busan from Hawaii. We enjoyed staying at this property due to all the subjects provided; cleanliness, convenient, friendly staff, great view, good walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus stops & subway. By accident we visited Korea during the Cheoksuk holiday. Many of locals & visitors celebrated as well with peaceful & friendly attitudes. Mahalo L7 for the great stay.

A good location opposite the beach and within moments of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean, our room comfortable. I am going to mention the awful check in experience because it was shocking. We had arrived very early from Seoul on a night bus which wasn’t our preference but it was thanksgiving and the later public transport was fully booked. It was 6am, cold and pouring with rain and my daughter wasn’t feeling very well after our 5 hour journey plus taxi ride. The receptionist was unwelcoming and unpleasant. I was told our room was ready but it would cost 165000 won to check in early. I had no option but to pay it under the circumstances but her treatment of us was dreadful. I thought we were just unlucky with the member of staff but we also had a pretty rubbish time checking out too! just had a simple question about our onward travel and asked if the receptionist could translate our Korean coach confirmation which she couldn’t have been more unhelpful with - pulling faces and unprofessional and could t help us?! We had lunch before leaving and the lady in the restaurant had no problem in translating it and helping us. By the way the pool staff were very lovely 😊

Fantastic!

We didn’t have a view but the room is very clean, bright and contemporary. Design allows for maximization of space. Hotel itself has cool vibes. Well located within easy access to the beach, station, shops and walking trails.
