If you’re looking for a quaint spot to relax this is it! Not the newest of facilities but decent. The beds were not the greatest. However a good night sleep was had! The restaurant across the street had a delicious Rib Eye steak!

Cottage Character in Burney
We had a little trouble with the TV and trying to get the picture to fill the space. It was not major. The bed was not good for my back pain. So I didn’t sleep well. But I did ok and I did enjoy the cute cottage type that was so clean and taken care of. It seemed new with an antique style. Great help from cleaning crew and front desk. We had a great time!

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. It had a real “at home” feeling. Burney is a small town that closes up at 9pm. For late dinner, the only places open were Subway and bowling alley.

Green Gables was clean and affordable, 45 minutes from Lassen Volcanic Park and 90 minutes from Mt. Shasta. It was a good base for 3 days of exploring. I appreciated the comfy chair and hassock. The front desk folks were kind and helpful!

Its a remodeled motel that is very nice inside. The beds mattreses in the double room were different. One was soft and the other hard. In one of the beds when we pulled the covers down there was a bunch of dirt in the bed. The other one was ok. The walls are thin we could hear the guy next to us snore all night long making it hard to go to sleep. Other than that it was ok.
