Rustic three bedroom, 2 bath ranch on 2.6 acres. Private location at the end of a tree-lined lane. Enjoy a peaceful cookout on the deck overlooking rolling hills. Take a leisurely stroll down the tree-lined lane. Watch your children play on the swing set as you work in the office. Thirty minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, this tranquil get-a-way is located close to Cincinnati International Airport (CVG), 5 mins to the Creation Museum, Turfway Race track and much more.

Very large master bedroom and large bedrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV including the living room. Fully stocked kitchen, ping pond table in basement, with washer and drying. Some books, indoor toys and out door toys are available on site. Pack-in play, high chair, with baby plates and spoons on site.

Guest have access to the entire house, pond, and swing set. The outside is shared with 2 barn cats. Fishing available for kids. We just ask an adult remain with kids when by the pond. My family reserves the right to be on the 2.6 acres grounds to maintain the outdoor property. The barn is off limits to guest.

You will feel right at right at home and safe. Enjoying a beautiful, peaceful and quiet setting. The car port has sensor lighting which helps for late night arrivals. The house is in a Tri-State area with easy access to Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati Ohio, and Lawrenceburg Indiana.
