The manager was not at the property and we were not given keys and we had to book somewhere else
The manager was not available at the property to give us keys. Her number was not available. I paid for nothing, l regretted booking this property and l can not recommend it to anyone. I had to book another house and lost my money. I called the manager the following day again and her number was going through and she told me that they do not refund even if it was their fault of not coming to the property to give me keys, and their phone on that day wasn’t going through. I had very bad experience with this property as l lost my money and comfort.
