Our room seemed dirty, none of the drains would drain. From taking a shower or washing our hands the tub and or sink woudl fill up with water. This was our second time staying here, nothing like the first time. 1 year made a huge difference in the cleaniness and wear and tear.

My check in with Linda was incredible, she understood we were there for a funeral and we were able to check in early to freshen up after a flight. When we got to the room, there were a lot of dead lightbulbs, there were stains on the carpets and furniture. I found the room to be dusty as well. We were only there for a few hours so I did not want to make a fuss. We were literally in Buffalo less then 20 hours. All I really needed was a bed for a few hours. I believe if we were to be there longer, it would have bothered me.

We stayed here when we came to see Niagara Falls, and we enjoyed it very much. This was probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. The facilities were excellent, breakfast was great with a good selection, and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel was Ok, breakfast was good enough, staff were kind and helpful. The down side was the room service, we stayed 3 nights Friday to Monday and they said they are not doing room service during weekends, which wasn’t nice for 6 people staying in a suite.

The staff working here were great! The hotel lobby was clean and nice. The breakfast area was well kept. However, the room we were in was extremely beat up. It had stains all over the walls (I mean everywhere!) - I was afraid to examine the stains in the bedroom area. The cabinets were falling apart and the bathroom had poorly patched walls. The couch's pads were extremely worn down. The room needed a renovation.
