HORRIBLE. Elevator was hit or miss and we checked in late after work with luggage and the key card was not activating the elevator. By the time the elevator started working again, it had taken us 20 minutes to get up to our room. We had NO HOT WATER. It was after 1am at this point. We wanted to switch rooms, but the elevator would not come to our floor - it was not working again. We had left the tap running, as the front desk agent recommended, for a long time to see if it would run warm, but it did not. We called front desk back and she was rude and unhelpful and said we could not get any kind of reimbursement because we had been in the room for over 30 minutes. We were only there for one night after a work engagement and off to the airport the next day, but we could not shower in the ice cold and had to travel feeling gross. Sketchy hotel, ZERO customer service and no reimbursement from property.
