I have travelled a lot and have never felt unsafe. It was unsafe and dirty with peeling paint from the ceiling in the washroom the doors from the parking lots did not lock. I had to scramble to find another place to stay. I await a full refund and refused to stay there under these conditions.

The carpets were very worn. Christmas decorations were up, it is October. Candle holders on mantle in the lobby had 2 holders and 1 candle. Pillows were lumpy. It would have been nice if the EV chargers were functional.

Things are very worn and not updated. For example the lobby had Christmas decorations up. It is October. On the mantle in the lobby there were 2 candle holdrs and 1 candle. The carpets were worn or unclean.

In town for a Bills game, there was a faint cigarette smoke smell when we first entered our room, got an air freshener from the front desk and it wasn't an issue going forward.

We came up for a Buffalo Bills game. It was our first time to the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel was centrally located to everything we did while there. Staff were polite/helpful and room was clean. Can’t wait to be back. Go Buffalo.

Front desk staff was extreme nice and answered all our questions. Room was comfortable and clean. I was very happy to see the police patrolling the property in the early morning hours when i went out for a cigarette... The area is very residential and quite but close to shopping and restaurants....I would definitely stay again.

I was packing up this morning to leave and saw bedbugs crawling on the mattress. I took a picture of one and told the worker at the front desk and he seemed like he didn't care. In highly upset that I paid 160 dollars for a room that has bedbug's. I need someone from management to get ahold of me to see what can be done about this
