Clean hotel, big room. But, they overcharged us over $60. They charge for the water in the room (over $3). Food from the hotel restaurant tasted like leftovers and expensive. Housekeeping did not leave enough towels. No towel for the floor. No tissues. No lotion. Bad quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. The worst bed and pillows. My neck and back hurt really bad.

Extremely helpful staff, they organised a packed breakfast & taxi as I had a 5.30am departure, & the room was huge and very comfortable BUT it seems to be near a lorry park or 24 hour building site as I was kept awake for most of the night by loud engine noise & clattering from the street - so ask for a room on a high floor.

Dazzler by Polo is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Starting from the check-in to the check-out, all the staff we interacted with were friendly, kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The area was quiet with good dining options. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
