We loved our stay here. Jose was so kind and helpful. It was the most charming place we've ever stayed. After coming off the busy streets it was a beautiful oasis. The location is excellent - near many delicious restaurants.

Well located Hotel at a good price. Lovely outside space. Staff were happy to help. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were adequate but probably could do with a refurbish soon. I would definitely stay again.

Magical holiday!
Post cruise visit to Buenos Aires during the Easter holiday. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable! The weekend street fairs are lots of fun. Lots and lots of restaurants all over. After taking the hop on hop off bus, we knew that Polermo was the right neighborhood for us, and BEN'S made it more perfect! The people running the front desk had all the answers to all of our questions. They also had suggestions for us. ****Note - there are no ATM'S in Buenos Aires. Bring cash and go to a Western Union to exchange for Argentinean pesos!

Great hotel, with a very accommodating staff. They arranged pick up from the airport and to the cruise port, and let us keep our luggage there while we walked around waiting for our room to be ready. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice and safe location, with a variety of restaurants and stores. Great breakfast. On the morning we left very early for an excursion, the manager met us at our room and had coffee made and a few cookies ready since it was too early for the breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend.

Garden oasis in lovely Palermo
The location of this charming little hotel is perfect for walking. Although our room was basic, it was exactly as advertised. The gardens and breakfast area were beautiful. The staff were so very, very helpful with both pre arrival communication and assistance when we arrived. I highly recommend.

Lovely hotel tucked into a courtyard in the wonderful Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Helpful, friendly staff and included breakfast plus lovely outdoor area to sit in. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great. The staff was top notch! I was breaking my trip into two parts, going to Bariloche, then returning to another BENS hotel in Recoleta. Without me even asking, they offered to have my heavy bags sent ahead and stored in Recoleta while I was in Bariloche. The hotel is beautiful and extremely quiet, but still in the middle of a very happening neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.
