The staff stated that we had cancelled the stay, it turns out they charged us and then cancelled our stay "accidentally" but they had us call expedia to figure all this out instead of looking in their system further to realize it was THEIR mistake the whole time. Very frustrating. The area was nice, the room was okay (shampoo and conditioner were empty and shower dripped all night but they did fix the next day).

As we were gathering our thing together the house keeper kept knocking in the morning. Check out time is 11 and they started knocking at 10. As i told them we are getting ready. They kept knocking and opening the door so rudly. That was the only problem i had staying there but overall it is a nice place to stay for a trip.

Water pressure was terrible I asked for and got another room and the shower was adequate in that room. Stayed a week before in a different room and had a terrific shower, so I guess it's hit and miss Clean, quiet
