The location of the apartments is excellent, easy to walk around to all the touristy areas. I booked the superior apartment with balcony and was very disappointed. The pictures online do not reflect the apartment that I stayed in. There is a huge difference from the nice pictures online to the one that I got. There was no picture of our bathroom online, and the shower was very inconveniently placed pointing towards the glass. There was mould in the corner of the bathroom and near the balcony door. The bed was not one single queen bed - it was 2 mattresses (slightly bigger than singles) next to each other on wooden slats. And the slats kept collapsing! Overall, disappointed with the apartment I ended up with. I don’t think it’s fair to charge the same price for an apartment that looks very clean with good furniture and for the apartment that I got.

Apartments are very clean and tidy and matched expectations from photos, check in/out was easy and also the apartments are safe as you need a card at all times to get into the main building before going up to your room which is good for obvious reasons.

We had a lovely stay! Right in the heart of Budapest, with lots to do within walking distance. Very well soundproofed, and a comfy bed made for a great sleep. Having the balcony was lovely for some evening drinks after a long day of exploring. Great value for money, highly recommend.

Lovely balcony
Great location a Walk from the center of Budapest. Nice area with lots of restaurants, bars a really hip area. The Apartments are New and modern- We loved the Balcony. Budapest is so beautyfull- We visited for 6 days. Would stay there again- but be aware that there are no housekeeping doing your stay.

Stayed in 2 different rooms, 1bd penthouse apartment was great. Heaps of room and the balcony is huge, perfect for watching the sunset. The Deluxe 2 bedroom seemed like it hadn't been cleaned properly, there was hair in the shower, the shower flooded and there was leftover toiletries from the previous guest. The black out blinds in the room didn't work so we were woken up at 5am (asked Reception to contact maintenance but nothing was done). The 2nd bedroom also had a fist hole through the door. The beds are rock hard so if you need a soft bed, this isn't the place for you. The location is great though, plenty of places to eat/ drink and you can walk anywhere.

Our stay was fantastic- beautiful and spacious property in a fabulous location - near to so many restaurants and bars. Apartment was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Budapest!

An oasis in downtown Budapest.
Easy check in, the accommodation was as described. The location was great for nightlife and restaurants. Soundproofing was good, no noise from the outside mayhem. The apartment has everything you need, my only complaint was there was no working tv, which normally wouldn’t be an issue however the Euro football was taking place and I couldn’t watch from the apartment. Maintenance staff were unable to fix the issue.

Spacious apartment in centre. Very comfortable bed, nice shower. Cleaners needed to top up the toiletries and microwave advertised but non existent. Minor issues but still need to be addressed. Toilet was also overlooked on checkin found the toilet dirty.. not the room just the toilet. I think the cleaners are not pulling their weight

Very clean and modern apartments. gated entry with key fob access. Apartments were spacious and very clean. Balcony terrace was a bonus. only negative was the front desk/concierge did not speak English. So communicating was difficult especially when trying to seek assistance with directions to local sites and to the airport when leaving.
