What a disappointment.
1. The balconies were so grubby. Food, meat bones and cigarette ends everywhere. 2. The air cooling fan was inefficient. 3. A hand-held shower head...not ideal! 4. On the plus side, the room and bedding were clean.

This hotel makes an excellent overnight stop on the journey to Calais. It’s fairly basic, but clean, comfortable and with the Campanile right next door, there’s easy access to a restaurant.

Hôtel basique réservé pour étape en bord d'autoroute. Arrivée tardive. La machine automatique est en panne, il faut aller chercher sa carte à l'accueil du campanile à côté. Entrée dans la chambre, dégoûté : un sac poubelle sur la table, une serviette trempée au sol de la sdb, du PQ sur la cuvette... Pas de serviettes propres. Le ménage n'a pas été fait !!!

Organisation catastrophique, à notre arrivé pas de clé dans la boîte à clé comme cela avait été vu au téléphone à 2 reprises . La personne d astreinte (très gentil) nous ramène la clé de la chambre, et la c est une catastrophe nous avons tout de suite constaté que nous n étions pas seul, il y avait des cafards dans notre chambre la salle d eau n a pas était nettoyé trace de dentifrice dans l évier, douche dans un état catastrophique. Nous avons donc rappelé la personne d astreinte qui nous a proposé une chambre au campanile dont l accueil est commune au première classe. La chambre du campanile était « entretenue » mais le petit déjeuné de la veille n était pas débarrassé les serviettes de bain au sol dans la salle d eau et le lit pas changé. Nous sommes donc reparti …
