Never met a person. Checking in was call this number and help yourself to the hidden key. Check-out was leave you key on the dresser. Very self-service. However, voice on the phone was friendly. Don't think this is a spa as adversied. I just needed a place to sleep. It was clean enough. However, TV did not work. somebody unplugged the cable. However, there was WifI. There were not any available plugs to charge my cell phone. I had to unplug something so to charge my phone. I was disappointed in the quality and lack of toiletries. Only provided a bar of little dry broken soap and shampoo. No hair dryer.

Needs updating.
Mattress was comfortable. Room had a covered-up smoke smell. People were supposed to smoke 20 feet away from building. There was a half hour or so of someone smoking pot where the smell came in room. Room was in need of updating! Pool was closed for renovation. There was a common refrigerator and microwave in hallway (would’ve been nice to have in room). Coffee maker in room with regular coffee only! No one in office to ask about decaf! The pattern of ceiling was spectacular…looks like it was done in spackling! Great, convenient location and with some updating, could be great one day. There were tarps on part of roof.

Cobb Webs, no hot water in bathroom sink, 3 plug ins and they had a fridg, microwave, tv plugged in. Plugs wouldnt stay in light sockets. Ac was plugged in with an extension cord.There was a heat pump in the room , but it didnt work. There was a portable heater in the room. It smelled very musty.

Wish we could have kept the 1st room.
When we arrived, no one was in the front office. There was a note to call a phone number. We did and a very nice man answered, gave us our room number and the key was in the door. Room was nice. After about an hour, we realized the air conditioning wasn't working. I called the number again and the gentleman called me back. He moved us to another room. The air conditioning was working but the room had seen better days. I would say we went from an "A" room to a "C" room that had a smell, water damage on the ceiling tiles, leaky toilet that flushed weird, and the water smelled. I would stay there again, if I could have the first room! However, the gentleman on the phone that helped us was great and I would give him a 10 out of 10.

The site I booked on said there was a pool, sauna, laundry facilities and some other stuff .all that is under renovations so I had to travel a ways to do our laundry.im staying in hotels because my landlord didn't pay the electric bill so it was shut off during the heat wave and my grandsons summer vacation

I liked the spacious room with three beds, The beautiful nature art on the wall, the pattern of the ceiling, the wifi. I didn’t like some of the outlets not working, the water has a weird taste, the coffee pot was dirty, and I had no warning that the pool was closed for renovations.

Glad to be home
This swim-spa has neither, nor can you drink or use the running water. Bottled water was offered, and a coffee pot was provided, but no coffee was available. Nice people, nice enough place - pet friendly and pleasant, but NOT as advertised and definitely not as expected. Our weekend was diminished due to the lack of services previously offered.
