Some strengths of the Zoom Hotel, Brussels
Location by the centre of Brussels was excellent for us. Welcoming staff, willing to help eg. allowing us to leave luggage in a safe room on day of departure. There was a great atmosphere in the hotel with regard to photographic and artistic creations.

The underpass for Avenue Louise is disgusting, smelly and filthy. We had to walk several blocks out of our way to get across the Avenue to reach streets above Stefania. The construction noise is temporary but still annoying.

It’s a very modern yet retro style hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was amazing and kind! The hotel is just 5-7 mins of walking distance from the metro station and located in a great neighborhood.

Hotel was situated in a very quiet street but close to ta tram stop and the Metro was an easy walk. The receptionist let me check in early and my room was extremely spacious. Excellent value hotel.

Charming boutique hotel. Really helpful staff, our friend needed a late checkout as he was unwell and they were accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here, cute clean rooms and good dining options nearby.

Property is modern and well located to Louise. There were doing a huge road work outside the entrance (not their fault) which made for a little harder for Uber but overall good. Room was large and modern. I would recommend. Staff were not rude but not super friendly either.

Hotel in a decent location, but overall would score a 6/10. Creaky floors - very loud, no fridge and poor lighting within the room. Bed is very firm - not good if you suffer from any back pains/conditions. They charge €100 deposit but with no mini fridge in the room - I’m not sure what this was for. Not bad value for the price we paid. Roadworks right outside of the property- wakes you up 8-9am. That’s if the creaky floors don’t get you first.
