Staff were helpful, area is safe even at night time. Around 20 minutes walk to Brussels Midi station. Lots of places to eat.

ART DECO DELIGHT

While it was a hike up the hill from the train station, stepping inside was a stylish step back in time, with its 1930s theme throughout and a lobby and bar that look like film sets. My room, surrounded by velvet curtains and with a curved bedhead, leaned into the theme, however, the 21st century was evident in the tablet through which you managed the services. There was a work desk, espresso machine – with pods restocked by housekeeping through the tablet – TV, free WiFi and open wardrobe with small luggage shelf (my large case was open on the floor). While a fridge would have been most welcome. The bathroom was fine with a shower over the bath, not my fave thing but, when presented with a bathtub, a soak is always welcome after pounding the cobbled streets! I stayed four nights and wanted to extend my stay, however, it was fully booked. It’s tucked away up the hill from the old town but only a short walk to a main street with shops and restaurants.

Noisy but ok

Clean room and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Decor was pretty. Room at the back overlooked a nice garden area below. Coffee machine was great. Very noisy at night though, the rooms clearly have not been sound-proofed at all (ear plugs are provided, so they must have had many complaints). On a high floor at the back of the hotel, there was minimal street noise, but still the internal hotel noise was problematic. Location ok, felt a bit "middle of nowhere", but only a short walk to public transport. Room was too warm from underfloor heating (or pipes?) with only an overhead air con available, couldn't find a way just to turn off the heat!

I travelled with my senior parents. It’s not easy to find a comfortable hotel room for three adults. This hotel offers room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When we checked in, the sofa bed was nicely set up. The room did not look crowded. It’s an easy walk to most tourists sites. We enjoyed our stay in Brussel.

Very decent place to stay in Brussels. The Receptionist (Suhail) was very helpful. The family Room was of Decent size, the Bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that in our room the Ac wasn't working so well but as I mentioned Suhail quickly gave us a decent Fan that was sufficient for the 2 nights we stayed here.
