We had an amazing time at Novotel Brussels City Centre. The staff were so helpful, particularly Awa, who went out of her way to help us with lots of help and advice! The pool was small but a good size for the kids and the gym was sufficient, although could have done with a water dispenser. Breakfast had good options and the hotel is excellently located!

Novotel was in a great location and the pool and gym were great. The room was very clean but the toilet and sink were in different rooms, overall this hotel was very convenient and felt clean and cozy.

My room air-conditioning stopped working during night. It was so hot in the room. Staff was good and helpful but they couldn't fixed the air-conditioning. It was awful as it was too hot. My kids,woke up and had really bas and disturbed sleep.

1st time in Brussels with friends.
August 2024 The hotel is in a good location, closed to many restaurants, metro and attractions. The lobby area is beautiful. The water pressure in the shower is good and the bathroom is large. The room could use some updating and more outlet plugs. The hotel should replace the carpet and put down flooring.

The hotel is very ckean and staff are very ftiendlly. Breakfast is excellent and so many choices. The bedroom is quite spacious. Best of all is the location. Its quiet, safe and walking distance to the Grand place, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!

I liked everything! Out of the 5 hotels I stayed at on this visit, this one was the best. Calm, quiet, clean , comfortable, great location. Cleaning staff were superb! Front desk staff were great!! Definitely staying here next year!

Recdption staff were aloof. They could have tried to be more helpful, no travel advice offerred, I found out last day they had maps for guests but they never offerred is one. Rooms are clean, quiet, airconditioned, well equipped. Safe & fridge though not advertised on expedia. The staff booked us a taxi to airport but the driver was not the one on photo. Very worrying. The area is very 'touristy' and I would stay further out of city next time. It's pricy there.
