I had a lovely experience at nhow in Brussels. I loved first and foremost how accommodating and attentive they were to me. I really liked the virtual stay assistance. In today’s world where technology is truly taking over a lot of things, it’s great to see an innovative way of communicating with staff. When I first made a request for bathrobes and slippers, I was truly not expecting anyone to see it and was giving time before I would go down there. To my surprise someone appeared at the door with everything I requested in a quick manner. Like I said, a very nice feature with more options than a usual in suite room. I loved how colorful the room was. Room 607 I believe. I eventually found out that each floor was a different vibe, but the floor we were on was just perfect for our personality. I liked how it was a queen sized bed but made of Individual twins and had separate bedding. I especially loved the robes and the towels. The robes were amazingggg! One food for thought, it would have been lovely if you all had a section on the virtual stay page where I could purchase the bathrobe because I really wanted one of my own. It was so colorful and vivacious. Even the bath towels were great! They were a decent size and of great absorbency. But that robe was lovely. I think I even fell asleep in it one night. The heater I received could have been better because as I was cold I felt like I could only feel the heat if I was standing right near it. The environmental door tag was a

Not too far from downtown as walling distance however if you really wanted to stay up late to enjoy nightlife it's better to stay right in downtown. Very roomy as family room we stayed as standard of Europeans. Staff are friendly and helpful. House keepers need to be aware the rules of the house service to customers.

Great hotel, with amazing decor. The bar is expensive, and we didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food. It may not be in the greatest location, but with the tram stopping right outside, you're 2 minutes away from the city centre.

The property was great, room were large and spacious and generally okay in cleanliness but maybe not perfectly clean to some of our standards. I would say it was a short 20 mins to walk to Grand Place and the Central station which was nice but if you centured near the noeth station it wasnt safe and perhaps staff should notify guests of that. Othetwise the complaints are so minor.

Excellent quirky hotel

We stayed in room 808, it had a movable partition between the bedroom and a small living area so our child could go to bed and we could stay up and enjoy a nice beer. There is an espresso machine and fridge in the room which is good for a short stay. Was reasonably quiet with very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay in this quirky stylish hotel again as it's a 20 minutes walk into the city centre and across the road from an underground station so very easy to get to the main tourist attractions. The bag drop was really useful for the period surrounding th check in/out period. Only negatives was that breakfast was very expensive (so we skipped this and bought from the supermarket across the road) and there is an eye sore building you walk past to the underground.

I arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled check-in time while it was raining, and requested early check-in. As a Gold member through Expedia, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel does not recognize Expedia status, even though a room was available. I ended up waiting nearly five hours before they finally allowed me to check in after I asked again. Unfortunately, the staff were quite unfriendly throughout the experience, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. Because of this, I won’t be returning on my next visit. While the hotel itself is beautifully designed with a unique, artsy theme, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, especially at night.
