Hotel was nice and clean. The location in the city was amazing. 95% of everything within 2-20 minutes walking distance. Metro station was a 3 minute walk away. Bed was comfortable. Now the bad and why I only gave it 4 stars. The hotel is built over a subway tunnel. And when it passes it by you can hear it clearly in your room when trying to rest. I was on the 2nd floor room. Also I had a street facing room. So I heard all the traffic and late night socializing outside. So I suggest getting a higher floor room that’s not street facing. The toilet was in this tiny little corner lol. So if you have a lot of size on you. You may feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable while doing the business lol.

The hotel is really nice, the room and bed were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. There is a really nice coffee machine in the lobby for free coffee, cappuccino, tea, etc. and there was a glass bottle in the room for you to fill with either still or sparkling water right by the elevator, which we loved! The location was excellent and we could walk everywhere, and the area felt safe. The A/C didn't seem to cool much. We didn't try the food because there are too many great places to eat nearby.

Lovely hotel and walking distance from everything. The hotel looks very modern and is clean. The navigation to nearby landmarks is very easy. The negatives I would say, would be the self check in is a little confusing, but someone did come and help us. And if your room is facing the main road it can be loud. Good thing I’m a heavy sleeper. Also the breakfast options are not great. Luckily we didn’t pay for breakfast and there are lots of cafes nearby.

This hotel is in the best area for out stay as it was right next to the central train station and also close to the areas we wanted to visit in the city center. The check in and check out process was very simple, and our room had was ideal beyond maybe its size, but it wasn't a major issue. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Brussels in the future.

This place is so adorable, love the common area where the bar is located , the complimentary coffee was so convenient . People was so friendly and helpful. The only reason I don’t give an excellent review is because room was too small and lighting was not the best.

My girlfriend and I were given white glove services from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff was very professional and had an answer for any questions we had. The lobby is excellent with a nice bar, pool table, and top-of-the line free coffee maker. I’d love to return and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Brussels
