This hotel was fantastic and would return. Location is 10/10. Found breakfast buffet a bit pricey for what it was. Had better breakfasts in other hotels for a lot less cost. (But still good) Our only complaint would be a sewage smell present from the drains in the bathroom. Our first room was quite bad and they promptly moved us to another room. Still noticed it slightly in new room from time to time but not overbearing. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here.

PERFECT location! Many restaurant options nearby. Easy to walk to main tourist sites. Parking available through hotel - a little difficult to find but worthwhile. Tip: park on the lower second level! I’d stay here again! Good value!

A great hotel in a great location
We checked in to another hotel first and it was unacceptable. We left and booked a room here and it was fantastic. Very comfortable room, great breakfast, very helpful concierge.

AC not working
Escogí ese hotel porque está muy central, y primordialmente porque tiene Aire acondicionado, que es algo que siempre busco cuando escojo un hotel, al llegar me percato que el Aire no funciona, llamo a recepción y me dice que sí que tienen problemas con el AC, que pueden darme o un ventilador o ponerme un AC portátil en el cuarto, que la verdad no enfría lo suficiente y hace mucho ruido, creo que por el precio que se paga deberían tener mejor servicio.

The hotel is centralized in a wonderful area of Brussels. The staff at the hotel could not be more professional, accommodating and kind. The concierge service was impeccable and top notch. They assisted us numerous times with all travel opportunities since we had to visit other towns that are not as popular.

The biggest browny points go to the staff. They made our entry, stay and exit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Kudos to the team, I think they really enjoy what they do. Oh, and I was shown the La Marzocco coffee machine and chatted to the barsita - me being a huge fan of espresso, I appreciated it

Listing on expedia does not match what we got in hotel room. Several items are missing even after confirming with front desk that this is the room booked. Things missing include daybed, bidet, desk. Even though quality room is fine, i paid extra for three person room and seems i only got a standard, feel cheated honestly. Especially it being a Mariott
