Great location, nice sized room. Staff was great. Room needed some maintenance attention (toilet ran, shower drained slow, water leak marks on ceiling). Breakfast was only average compared to other stops on this trip.

The cleaning of the room needs to be taken care of. More amenities needs to be added. Otherwise the hotel has a perfect location, rooms are good. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

The VIP '2 drinks on arrival' didn't eventuate. I was told that the 'free drink' was a bottle of water, and we only received one. I did request an upgrade and a room with a queen bed rather than 2 singles pushed together was offered. Other than the poor 'VIP' offer, the hotel is really nice and the breakfast is very good. The area is very central to the train station and made a good base for walking Brussels and for day trips to Bruges and Ghent. I'd stay here again.

No thermostat in the room
No thermostat in the room. Heating air system was not working. They did provide a stand up fan it did not help. The toilet would not flush correctly lid was for a square toilet the one in the room was round. Very dated. People at desk very friendly.

Small and nice hotel in the very heart of Brussels. I was a bit worried about the noise level but it was quiet in the nights. I had a very big room, all was very clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again. 5/5

Nice hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but all we needed as a place to rest after a day exploring Brussels. The breakfast supplied everything we wanted: croissants, cereal, bread, meats, cheeses, some cooked bits and more. Noises travel round the hotel a bit which disturbed us one of the mornings but otherwise everything was great.
