I would probably go back to this hotel, particularly for its location. It is close to the historical center of the city and to the central station. However, I have given 3 stars for the reasons I am going to list, so that if you are considering staying here you know what to expect.
First when my wife and I checked in, we asked for an extra luggage rack, and we were told they did not have one available because the hotel was fully booked. The hotel seams a little run down. The water closet is in a separate room by itself, the lavatory and the shower are in another room accessible on the other side of the bedroom, therefore, after using the toilet one has to walk all the way to the other side of the room to wash the hands. The water closet room ventilation did not work. The plumbing was a little quirky and there was a subtle sewer smell in the room with the shower. The air conditioning control could not regulate the temperature, and the television remote control had a mind of its own. Incidentally, you can probably find a channel in your language, but you have to tune individually in over a hundred channel to find the one in the language you understand: there is no list of channels. Personnel on the other end were courteous.
