When we arrived to check in on Saturday a lady in front of me was checking in after she checked in she said i have several more people who are still about 15 minutes away need to check in wirh me because she had them registered in her name but they had to pay with their own credit card the person behind the counter should have said until everyone is here can you please step to the side but He i think his name was Jonathan said how many are in your group and how faw away are they the lady said about q5 minutes away but 2 are here now. Therefore the person behind the counter made me and about 3 orhers wait until all of the party arrived. I waited in line at least 30 minutes to xheck in. They gave water to everyone in the line in front of us but when we finally ch3cked in we had to ask for water. Then our room was dirty microwave had nit been cleaned. Rhe room had a door that would go to the next room and that door was briken and didn't lock. We were moved to another room with no TV remote. Pillows were horrible and the shower had to be cleaned. Needless to say our 3 days here was not great. The supervisor at the front desk was very rude. He should have said if all the people in your party is not hete please step to the side and let me take care of the people waiting in line but he just kept waiting and literally little by little people keept cutting in line in front of us. Terrible customer service.

It's overall ok
Same as last time. Overall, it's an ok hotel. However, the rooms are exceptional! The included breakfast is horrible. I'd rather stay at an embassy suites or holiday inn express

There was no stay. Despite having a reservation and calling in afternoon to confirm we arrived around 11 to find out they have a computer issue and even though they had rooms they would not check is in. Refused so many people that were so tired and were told to keep driving unsafely late at night to try and find a different hotel

Service is my only complaint
My stay was an overnight refresher from a long road trip I was taking. The hotel, room, and location was amazing. However, the service was just missing. Everyone was nice and courteous. Yet, everything had to be done by you. It seemed as if they're were understaffed and no one could come to your room to drop off needed items for your room.The tipping point was the lack of cleanliness in the breakfast bar area. Also the lack there of being breakfast. Overall it's a nice hotel but if I can I would prefer a Holiday Inn Express or Embassy Suites.
