First of all they charged us Twice for our 2 night stay PLUS they wanted to charge us for Parking and we did not have a car. I think the lady who attended to us did not have enough Training or was just very confused Her Supervisor did come knock on our Door to Apologize for charging us Twice He did give us a Free drink voucher. Then at breakfast this morning I just got up to get some OJ and when I returned my plate was gone. It still had half of my food on the plate. I was very MAD. I have travelled the World and this is the first time my plate was taken away before I was finished eating. Not sure Why?? The hotel is beautiful But they need better TRAINING

Our stay at Hotel Dukes’ Palace was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The hotel’s setting in a restored 15th-century palace is breathtaking — full of history, charm, and elegance. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning stained glass window that made it feel truly special. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, with so many delicious choices in a gorgeous setting. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the main square, yet peaceful and quiet. Every detail was flawless. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough — it’s pure magic in the heart of Bruges!

We loved staying in this hotel located in the middle of everything and very close to the main square. We kept visiting the lively square twice a day as it was literally within less than five minutes walking. The room was spacious and clean. The ambiance of the multi story main hotel building and lobby is very regal and artistic. Our room was in backyard area. They have those rooms spread out in the backyard of the main building. The hotel has a blissful upbeat energy. The staff is courteous and helpful. The neighbors is lively and safe. Quiet at night time. The room was spacious and clean with a garden view. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully renovated: we had to be careful on the slippery tiles. The bathtub is nice but it felt non ergonomic. It was a wonderful experience overall and felt like home away from home. We would love to stay there again.
