I booked a king suite and was put in a double queen room due to overbooking even though I booked a monster higher and my card was on file to charge. I was called earlier that day and told if they couldn't run my card at that time before champion that I would lose my reservation. Once we checked in took a shower and lay down for the night we will woke up around midnight with bed bugs all over us and had to find another hotel.

NOT GOOD, my daughter’s room with her family had bed bugs, they had to move Hotels. My Mother’s room had mold in the bathroom. Will never stay there again.

Front Desk Lady Exceptional.
I hate I don't remember her name but the lady at the desk was by far the sweetest and helpful person I've seen at a hotel in a long time. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I'll be back for sure.

The only complaint I have is that the room had a strong odor of mold and mildew. Otherwise , it was ok for a quick one night stay. The staff was very friendly and complimentary breakfast was good.

As usual, the beds and breakfast were up-to-par with Best Western. The towels in my room, however, were not clean. I DID address this with the very helpful and friendly staff. They apologized profusely and said I should expect to hear from the district manager over this. Unfortunately, I have not heard from them. I would still stay here again. The staff tried to make things right.

From check in to check out, this had to be one of our best stays in years. We were taken by the way the property was kept up when we arrived. The entrance to the Inn was spotless. The floors, desk and coffee area was great. Checking in took about 5 minutes and we took the elevator to our room on the second floor. Our room was very clean and well made. The towels were folded very nicely, and the King-Sized bed was well made with fantastic pillows. My wife wants us to see about getting a mattress like the one there because she slept so comfortably. The TV was cable with great reception. The bathroom was very clean looking and had ample towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was very nice and had a great assortment. We will stay here again when in the area.

Weekend trip
Loud! Just happened to have a travel softball team from Texas staying also. Children ran the halls until 11pm and after. Adults talking loud in hallway was aggravating as well. Breakfast was sparse with very limited seating. Trash accumulated in hall by doors. Might have been a better stay without the loud and inconsiderate Texas group. Front desk attendant was wonderful. She was friendly and efficient.
