The holiday apartment is on the first floor and can only be reached via a staircase outside the house. It has a covered balcony (loggia) facing the sea, where you can relax on sun loungers. There is also a barbecue at your disposal.
On the opposite side is the pergola, which provides access to the 6 apartments in the house. Due to the generous layout, the pergola can also be used as a loggia. A table and garden chairs are available here for you to enjoy the last rays of the warm evening sun. At 110 m2, the holiday apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people (two sleeping places on the pull-out sofa in the living area) and has its own small wellness oasis with a two-person whirlpool and sauna. In winter, the Scandinavian wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere - here you can enjoy the panoramic view of the stormy Baltic Sea alongside the crackling open fire. WLAN with fibre optics is available.
