The hotel was good as we only needed a bed for the night, but expensive. The staff were brilliant though and the breakfast plentiful and varied. I will definitely stay there again but book early so I get a better price.

We had a very nice 1 night stay. We soent very little time in our room but the facilities where just what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the gym was just enough for a quick morning session before chexk out.

Was in good spot for walking in to central Bristol , was handy have a car park as well hotel on main road but couldn’t hear any traffic was a good enjoyable place to stayed

Convenient location in central Bristol. Staff friendly & helpful. The room and bathroom were small & the carpet stained & a bit scruffy. We were at the back of the hotel (away from the main road) but there was a lot of noise from works just under our window. As with most hotels these days the room was badly lit - why are these rooms always so dark? Drives me mad!

We felt the staff were polite and attentive. The room where my wife and sister stayed. Found clumps of hair on the floor. The board and mirror in the main room was coming off and at a slant. My shower head was not fot for the shower head adptor because it kept movi ng. The breakfast was extremely disappointing tomatoes were cold bacon was burnt and that crispy we couldnt chee it, the sausages looked like they had been cooked previously, the scrambled eggs were sloppy, the hash browns were hard.. so all in all it was a disappointing stay at a prominate 4star hotel. In our opinion wasnt.

Good overall
Service was very good at reception as we were allowed on our room even though we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out. Not so keen on the cleaner knocking on our door just after 9 to see if we had left. We didn’t use any other facilities so can’t comment but the bed was not very comfortable; the mattress must have been quite old as we could feel the springs here and there. A little disappointing. Otherwise good sound proofing and air-con. Good location not far from train station.
