before our holiday we stayed the night as we had an early flight, I didn’t get much sleep as the mattresses are terrible, every time me or my husband rolled over and moved in our sleep we would wake up, the springs are so noisy and the mattress is so uncomfortable, we have stayed in a lot of Hilton hotels over the years but this is by far the worst beds we have stayed in

Excellent property! Super easy to get to the airport. Super buzzing hotel! Great food and serves late! Excellent breakfast and opens super early, like 4am and they will give you a to go bag for breakfast if you are earlier. The manager is awesome and the coffee machine is great!

Good breakfast. Nice staff. But we booked a family room, to find the second bed had not been made up. Having arrived late, kids asleep/ falling asleep, we could have done without waiting for someone to bring sheets for the bed to us. And the second bed was terribly uncomfortable. And the room wasn’t big enough, such that you couldn’t get around the second bed or access the desk when it was pulled out. Overall, not very good value for money

We travel from Bristol airport often and have a 90 minute drive to the airport. We chose to stay as we had an early flight. After parking at the airport, we did twilight bag drop at the airport then it was an easy walk to the hotel. Evening meal was very nice and the hotel was quiet and very clean. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet, we didn't notice the airport noise at all. We missed hot breakfast as we left at 4am but continental breakfast was available and we were offered a to go bag if we'd preferred. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, we would stay again for early flights.
