Overall great.
Overall great, food service wasn’t great. Had to send out food back twice as it wasn’t what we asked for . The room was clean, staff were polite. Tv wasn’t great. Luckily we brought our fire stick other wise would have been shocking , because the wifi wouldn’t connect.

Bathroom & bedroom are good apart from mould which was on the ceiling. The fire alarm went off multiple times really early in the morning sounded like a fault. Check in time very slow seems to only be 1 or 2 staff working on reception/ bar.

Molly who was on reception this morning was outstanding. She was handling a busy Sunday morning with a warm smile and positive attitude despite the rush. I tried to tip her but she humbly refused and we settled for me writing a review. I hope Molly is appreciated for her excellent service. Even though the facilities were remarkable it's Molly's hospitality that I will remember above all when deciding where to stay next time.

Nice hotel and rooms are modern. I think more staff needed in the kitchen for the evenings. Twice I’ve stayed here and both times 45 min wait for the main meal to be served. Best to go the pub next door for a meal vs the hotel restaurant.

Nice hotel with nice room, although not that clean. Stayed 4 nights room was not serviced at all. Pointed this out twice but nothing changed. Gave up and checked out!
