Lovely property, very clean and with a comfortable bed and great shower. Take away breakfast in the room was lovely and the property had just the right amount of facilities for an overnight stay. Ample parking available and easy to find.
I was really only there to sleep before my flight in the morning. Looks like it could be a cool place to check out. Not sure if there's a wine tour or not.
Absolutely stunning place. Owners and ataff are very polite and friendly. Good value and the accommodation was very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities with fridge and continental breakfast in room. Bed was extremely comfy and shower was hot with excellent water pressure. Scenery was stunning. Will definitely be staying here again.
Property was lovely. Our plane was late so therefore it was gone midnight when we arrived. We parked in the car park but because of limited lighting we went the wrong way to find our room. I unfortunately had to ring the out of hours number and wake some poor guy up so he could tell us where we should be. Our property was just off the car park but there were no lights above the doors to show the property names. Good job mobiles have torches. To be honest we were just so tired and disorientated, but once inside, the property was amazing and super clean.
Really good set up - perfect for a business trip when tired of stsying in hotels all week! Great breakfast choice and very comfortable night. My only complaint was the skylight blind was not blackout!
Lovely room in a block overlooking the coutryside.
Very clean room with super king size bed and a double sofa bed for the kids to share. 7 and 8 yrs old.
The bathroom was nice and big with a huge shower.
I would definitely stay again.
Lovely tranquil rural location and close to Bristol airport.

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
It was a lovey area. But we had trouble checking in as there was a private function going on. It was assumed we knew our way to where our room was. Then the room was in a row of lodges in the carpark area so the noise when all the cars were leaving the function was awful is it was all gravel. We had to get someone to pick up a toothbrush that was on the floor of our room when we got there. They said it was housekeepers, but still gross. Mattress was advertised as superking but was actually 2 mattresses on one bed ushed together, and the duvet was too small for the cover which meant it was uncomfortable.
This was such a lovely place to spend the night on our England driving adventure. And, if you're not used to driving in England, WHAT an adventure it was - haha. The little Hathaway cottage was the perfect size, and so nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, large TV, functional bathroom, and a DELICIOUS breakfast-to-go (don't forget to open the refrigerator!). So happy we chose this place, and if we ever get lucky and find ourselves back in this part of the world, we would gladly stay here again.
