Loved the friendly helpful staff and our room, especially the pod chair - very nice for relaxing.
Didn’t like the shower overflow design fault, where a towel had to be rolled up and placed between shower and bathroom floor to absorb some of the water, which had to go uphill to the drain. A bit of a business working around that.
Also disappointed there was no guest personal laundry (paid on use) with washing machines and driers. We were there 6 nights and had to walk a km up to little Edward St to use a laundromat.
Nice chic hotel. You got almost everything here. The location is great in front of the river, and room view is excellent. Walking distance to center/sightseeing spot is convenient. Coffee shops are everywhere in 5 mins. Will consider to stay again if visiting BNE next time!
Brilliant place , spent the night here for my wife's birthday. Had the river view, which was spot on. Staff were great , food was brilliant. Cannot fault this place . Even their sister hotel Indigo next door was excellent.
Lovely stay and great location. Close to CBD and short walk over the bridge to Southpark beach. Hotel was great, clean and quiet with welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, lots of choices.
It is right at the North Quay by the river. Got upgraded to a corner suite. Many thanks to Kassy at reception, who is very friendly. Like the convenience of walkable via bridges to South Bank and to the city. Room is quiet and spacious. It is also connected to Indigo hotel by a short walk. Will stay again and will try taking ferry next time.
Was impressed by WiFi connection as never had to reconnect once over four days. And no limit on number of devices that can connect like some hotels, which is useful for a family of four.
Hotel was great, location is convenient. Although they currentlu have road works happening out the front for the new metro, so the path is closed, so you do need to walk a block back to get around to the walking bridge to southbank.
Room was spacious, however very dusty.

Good location. Rooms were dated but comfortable. Restaurant staff for breakfast were incredibly friendly!!
The stuff at front desk and restaurant are good, but the housekeeping guy stole my watch during the stay, be sure to keep your item safe when you stay here
