Staff were amazing, probably just the cleanliness of the rooms, needs attention as we had to wipe down kitchen area and also wash some of the kitchen appliances in the room. This was our first time staying there, we enjoyed it and will be back for sure, just the cleanliness in some parts and the room did smell like someone had smoke in there? We didnt want to bring it up with staff as this was our first time there. However, Thank you tho for allowing us to stay at the Oasis :) we will see you again in the future.

Spacious and well appointed in terms of furnishing. Very nice view. Pool side was fabulous. The spa was really refreshing and warm. Friendly staff. Check in and check out without stress. Came with family and it was a great holiday. Played tennis. Everything here was great. I would improve beddings, and general cleanliness. Otherwise great stay. Will sure be here again.

Comfortable 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Was clean and comfortable. Pros - pool, spa, sauna, small gym, good location, easy parking, super friendly staff Cons - spa water was a little murky, not enough toilet paper in apartment, would have been nice to have a quilt instead of a blanket, no ceiling fans or pedestal fans for bedrooms. Overall I would book to stay again.

Needed a unit close to Wesley Hospital, these units were perfect. A bit aged inside now , but spacious and the pool, tennis court and outdoor areas were lovely. Close to two ferry stops which are perfect to get into Brisbane CBD, and a 5 minute walk to the hospital. We got a good deal on Wotif, for an 8 night stay, which we realised when we had to extend by one night and was a lot more expensive.

Very disappointed. We got an apartment on the 2nd floor and this looked nothing at all like the pictures posted on Expedia. True enough, I went back to the site and saw that none of the pictures online were from this apartment. This one is obviously the ugly duckling of the group so bookers beware! Good: It's about 10 mins. walk to the ferry and only 2 stops to the cbd. The unit is spacious and there are 2 bathrooms. Water pressure is good. Bad: From the 2nd floor, you can only see a little bit of the cbd. The view was unfortunately obstructed by trees. Everything seems to be falling apart. Rusty kettle and airer, soap holder has fallen off, couple of lamps not working, even the thing to hold the blinds when you pull them open looks about to fall out. The half-flush in the master toilet wasn't working. No chopping board and the pans are not non-stick so everything sticks to it. Worse of all, the aircon/heater is only in the living room so you have to turn it up really high to have any effect in the bedrooms. Even then, the heat didn't reach the master bedroom which was at the end of the hallway. It got really cold at night and then when you went out to the living room, it was stiflingly hot! We have stayed at a lot of apartments but this is probably one of the worse ones which is really unfortunate. It put a damper on our holiday. They probably have nicer ones as shown on the pictures but this unit shouldn't be rented out or priced the same class as the other ones.

The apartment was conveniently located close to the city cat terminal and had secure undercover parking. Beautiful city views from the balcony too. We loved our stay.

Room was suitable but very dated and the cleanliness wasn't great. The room had a strong smell that they attempted to mask with diffusers. There was a fixture in the shower that used to have something attached that is now rusty and pointy. The curtains were falling off the rods and the folding door between the bedroom and kitchen was broken. We also found the previous guests bar of soap in the shower. Not the end of the world, but it needs updating, some repairs done and more attention to detail with housekeeping. Probably wouldn't stay again.
