The staff were so friendly & helpful. Gated premises. We were upgraded to a King Room which had a Lift Bed. When we raised the bed, it hadn’t been cleaned under the bed. The shower head was split so you had to make sure not to turn it on too hard. A few issues that are easily fix. Was still a great stay & a good night sleep.

Bathroom was filfthy. Light outside room blinked all night. Had to lock balcony doors for security as neighbouring rooms adjoined. No ventilation. Not a good outcome. Would not go back.

The staff were gems, what an asset to the company. Rooms and hotel were a surprising standard for 3 star, pleasantly surprised. The room is better than it looks in the photos. would definitely stay again.
