Staff & service were exceptional. So convenient to get to Central train station - look for the doors to Sofitel from within the station (don't go around the block like Google & Apple maps suggest). Showerhead in bathroom needs to be updated but it works. Shower tap handle also could be updated - very difficult to use and get temperature right.
