Very pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and there was a Wonderful view of the city… especially at night. Close walking distance to city and venues around the city. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Called ahead of time to arrange parking etc for activities and was not informed of valet. $55 for a valet that we stood around for 40minutes waiting for. They drove my car 15meteres and then I had to go through the time wasting and unorganised valet process to go back to the car so we could change our child as the room was not ready. Forced valet should be illegal.

Lovely room but dining options way below expectations. I am a ceoliac and unable to consume glutin yet there were no glutin-free options on your menus. Another point is (and this is a delicate matter) but your staff are almost exclusively foreigners whose ability to speak English is very limited. We found this most irritating.
