Leaking taps in the bathroom hard to turn completely off and Television screen poor reception
Our sleep was interrupted all night by noisy people talking yelling opening doors. Not a pleasant sleep as we had to up at 430am to catch a plane overseas

We were on the 6th floor with views of other apartment rooms. We had to use 2 elevators each time we left and returned to our room. The dryer broke down and other means of drying our clothes was offered but we decided not to utilise it as it required dropping our clothes off and returning to pick them up. We did choose a room with laundry facilities so as not to fuss. I would not recommend this hotel.
Property was clean and convenient for one night. Restaurant was ok but needed more staff. Poor girl was run off her feet. Food was not hot enough and choice limited.
Great place to stay. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Walking distance to Southbank and Lyric Theatre. Restaurant delicious meals served quickly and very affordable. Comfortable beds,great water pressure in the shower. Will be staying again.

showers need to bleached they had mould in the grout - the step into bath design needs to be removed & updated
